To complete each level and advance to the next level, stack all the cats and watermelons that appear at the top of the screen. You can click and drag each cat or watermelon (and other objects should they appear) to move it around. Only the last item that has been dropped can be moved. Try to place and stack them well enough to keep them in balance. Stack all the items that are dropped in the game in cats & watermelons games carefully and if they stay in balance at the end of the level, you can advance to the next level. Have fun.
