First choose your character;Bill,Vicky,Junny or Ross. And you will see level`s target. If your money reach to target,you can unlock other level. The hook turns to right and to left. You should aim to gold coins and pull up them. You should collect big and small gold coins,mysterious bag and locked crates. You will buy tools from shop.
