Pour whipped cream,condensed milk and evaporated milk to a big bowl. Then add ground green cardamon powder and sugar into the bowl. Blend the mixture with hand blender. Add sliced green pista and stir slightly. Fill the miture in Kulfi cones or ice cream tray. Place it in the freezer for minimum 6 hours. Pista Kulfi is ready to serve.
