First place stewpot to stove,pour water to stewpot and place condensed milk into the stewpot. Boil within given time. Then put the chocolate hob-nobs in the zip lock bag then seal the bag. Crush them with rolling pin. Put crushed chocolate hon-nobs to a bowl and add butter to the bowl. Mix them and pour them to cake tin. Place cake tin to the fridge for 15 minutes. Pour condensed milk,cream and chocolate to the cake.
